Several Problems and Solutions on Removing Rust and Preprocessing
- Problems: Wire brush or scrape can't completely remove rust, blasting for removing remained rust requires abundant costs, and not suitable for field situation.
- Solutions: This product stops oxidation reaction on metal surface by surrounding rust to form new neutral layer between metal and surrounding air with suitable boundary layer for painting.

How to use

Surface Treatment
- Remove loosened rust and residues on the original surface.
- Remove loosely stuck foreign substances with sand paper or wire brush.
How to Paint
- Shake sufficiently the container with material within 1 minute.
- Work with brush, roller, and etc.
- Treatable Area: 12 M2 /L
- Drying Hours: At 25℃, ground contacting dry for 30 min., hardening dry for 4 hours, complete dry for 3 to 7 days. (according to surrounding temperature/humidity)
